Granola is always a crucial element in my pantry. Whether it's topping my smoothie bowls, adding some crunch to my yogurt, or even just serving as a snack It truly brightens any mood. I would like to share my absolute favorite granola recipes that you too can make and use within your own home.

My Favorite Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola
You’ll need
2 tbs of organic cane sugar
1/4 cup of natural peanutbutter
3 heapings of rolled oats
1/4 cup of olive, avocado, or melted coconut oil
1/3 cupdairy-free dark or bittersweet chocolate chips
1/4cupmaple syrup or agave nectar
How to Make Them
Preheat you oven to 365 degrees F
In a large mixing bowl combine the oats and sugar
Over heat, combine the peanut butter, oil, and maple syrup or agave in a small saucepan (if your're in a hurry the microwave works too! )
Pour the peanut butter mixture over the oats and stir and toss until well combined (if the mixture appears to wet feel free to add additional oats)
Spread evenly on a large baking and bake for 18-22 mins or until evenly golden brown
a. around the 15 minute mark be sure to toss the gronaola to ensure it bakes evenly
6. Remove from the oven and gently toss and allow to cool
7. Transpher into a mixing bowl and add in chocolate chips
8. Enjoy!
